Florida Coastal Prep – Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website or enrolling in any Florida Coastal Prep program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Florida Coastal Prep (“FCP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a private basketball academy and athletic development organization.

1. Program Participation

Florida Coastal Prep offers:

High school and post-grad basketball programs

Training, camps, leagues, and tournaments

Player development and recruiting support

Acceptance into any program is required before participation.

2. Tuition & Payments

Tuition varies by program and season.

Deposits are required to hold a roster spot.

Deposits are non-refundable unless stated in writing.

Payment plans are a courtesy and must be paid on time.

Missed payments may result in suspension or removal from the program.

3. No Guarantees

Florida Coastal Prep does not guarantee:

Playing time

Scholarships

College placement

Professional opportunities

Visa approval

Athletic and academic outcomes depend on the athlete and outside institutions.

4. Conduct

All athletes and families are expected to act respectfully.

Fighting, drugs, alcohol, theft, harassment, or serious misconduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Risk & Medical

Basketball involves risk of injury.

Participants:

Accept all risks of participation

Are responsible for their own health insurance

Are responsible for their own medical expenses

6. Media Use

Florida Coastal Prep may use photos and videos of athletes for marketing and promotion.

7. Refund Policy

Unless stated in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable

Tuition is non-refundable once the season begins

Removal for discipline results in forfeiture of payments

8. Limitation of Liability

Florida Coastal Prep is not responsible for:

Injuries

Lost or stolen items

Travel delays

School or visa decisions

Third-party actions

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law.
Any legal action must be filed in Florida.
