Jared Dugan brings an analytics-driven approach to coaching and recruiting at Florida Coastal Prep. A University of Central Florida graduate with degrees in Economics and Sports Management, Dugan has built his career at the intersection of data and basketball development.

Before joining FCP, Dugan served as an NBA skills trainer at IMPACT Academy in Las Vegas, where he worked directly with NBA All-Star Bam Adebayo on skill development and game preparation. His additional experience includes serving as Scouting Director at Hoop Brothers, working in analytics departments with UCF and Stetson University, and serving as an advanced scout with the WNBA’s Indiana Fever.

As Head Post-Graduate Coach and Recruiting Coordinator, Dugan leverages his extensive network and analytical mindset to identify talent, develop players, and connect them with the right college programs for their abilities and academic goals.
