Student-athletes and their parents may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking an optional, pre-unchecked checkbox on the application form at https://floridacoastalprep.com/apply/us/ for US residents or https://floridacoastalprep.com/apply/international/ for international residents.
SMS consent is not required to submit an application or to receive any program services. Applicants may leave the checkbox unchecked and still complete the application and enrollment process in full.
The optional SMS checkbox states:
I agree to receive text messages from Florida Coastal Prep Sports Academy, including application status updates, acceptance confirmations, enrollment reminders, and recruiting communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
If you opt in, messages may include:

- Acceptance and enrollment confirmations
- Enrollment reminders and portal access links
- Recruiting communications (schedules, games, coaching updates)
- Program announcements relevant to your account

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use the mobile number you provide solely to communicate with you about your application, enrollment, and program participation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To opt out of SMS messages: reply STOP to any text from us, or email info@floridacoastalprep.com with “STOP SMS” in the subject line.
Coaches separately provide written consent to receive SMS communications through their employment agreement. All recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
