Maurice Dickerson brings valuable collegiate playing experience to Florida Coastal Prep as an Assistant Coach. A standout player at both the NAIA and NCAA Division II levels, Dickerson competed at the University of West Alabama and Albany State University, where he developed a deep understanding of what it takes to earn and keep a college roster spot.

His firsthand experience navigating the college basketball landscape — from recruiting to competing at the collegiate level — gives him unique credibility with FCP’s student-athletes. Dickerson knows the work ethic, skill level, and mental toughness required to succeed in college basketball because he’s lived it.

At FCP, Coach Dickerson assists with practice planning, game preparation, and individual skill development, drawing on his own college career to mentor the next generation of student-athletes.
