Rico Overall brings firsthand playing experience and a deep recruiting network to Florida Coastal Prep as Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. A former player at Lee University — an NCAA Division II program in Cleveland, Tennessee — Overall understands what it takes to compete at the collegiate level.

After his playing career, Overall gained coaching experience at multiple post-graduate programs and at the college level, building an extensive network of connections both internationally and across the collegiate landscape. That combination of playing background, coaching résumé, and recruiting relationships makes him a valuable asset for FCP student-athletes looking to find the right collegiate fit.

At Florida Coastal Prep, Overall contributes to on-court player development while managing recruiting relationships with college programs nationwide. He works closely with student-athletes on skills development and helps them navigate every step of the recruiting process — from film breakdowns and campus visits to connecting with coaches at the DI, DII, NAIA, and JUCO levels.
