Rico Overall brings firsthand playing experience and a deep recruiting network to Florida Coastal Prep as Director of Recruiting. A former player at Lee University — an NCAA Division II program in Cleveland, Tennessee — Overall understands what it takes to compete at the collegiate level and what college coaches are looking for.

After his playing career, Overall gained coaching experience at multiple post-graduate programs and at the college level, building an extensive network of connections both internationally and across the collegiate landscape. That combination of playing background, coaching résumé, and recruiting relationships positions him to lead FCP’s recruiting efforts with both credibility and reach.

As Director of Recruiting, Overall oversees all collegiate placement for FCP student-athletes nationwide. He manages relationships with programs at the DI, DII, NAIA, and JUCO levels, guiding players through every step of the process — from film breakdowns and campus visits to offer evaluation and final decisions.
