FCP Sunshine Falls to BCAT Black 66–62 on the Road

Florida Coastal Prep’s Sunshine squad fell to BCAT Black 66–62 on the road on February 8, a four-point loss in one of the tighter games of the SIAA season. The Sunshine team came in having won five of their last six, and BCAT Black proved to be the obstacle that broke the streak.

BCAT is a well-organized program and games in their building are competitive by design. FCP kept the game within reach throughout — a four-point final margin on the road shows the group competed to the end.

The Sunshine team’s overall record remains strong. Wins over IMG Academy, BCAT Orange, Balboa School, Specially Fit Academy, Southland Christian, and 212 Academy position the squad well in the SIAA standings heading into the final stretch of the season.
