Florida Coastal Prep recently hosted basketball legend Kenny Anderson for an impactful visit with our Post Grad Players. Anderson, a former NBA point guard who played for teams including the New Jersey Nets, Boston Celtics, and Charlotte Hornets, brought invaluable experience and wisdom to the academy.
Anderson’s Basketball Pedigree
Before his professional career, Anderson was a standout at Georgia Tech, where he earned All-American honors and led the Yellow Jackets to NCAA Tournament appearances. His NBA journey showcased exceptional ball-handling skills and court vision throughout his career spanning multiple franchises.

During his visit, Anderson led the Post Grad squad through comprehensive training sessions emphasizing ball handling, shooting techniques, and defensive footwork. He shared signature moves developed throughout his career, making each drill both challenging and engaging for the players.
