About Ring Malith
Ring Malith's journey from Twic, South Sudan to the NCAA Tournament is one of the most remarkable stories in FCP history. At Florida Coastal Prep, the 6'9" guard/forward developed the versatility that would define his career. He won an NJCAA National Championship at Barton CC, set a Division I rebounding record at SIUE with 19 boards in a single game, earned the OVC All-Tournament Team, won two OVC Player of the Week awards, and helped lead SIUE to its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance — all while leading the Ohio Valley Conference in scoring at 17.0 PPG as a senior.
The FCP Journey
Ring Malith trained at Florida Coastal Prep in Fort Walton Beach, FL during the 2021-22 season. Under the guidance of Director Lee DeForest and NBA All-Star Kenny Anderson, Ring Malith developed the skills and earned the exposure needed to compete at the D1 level.
