Florida Coastal Prep’s Sunshine team turned in a performance without a blip on Saturday, routing Specially Fit Academy 101-27 at home in a game that was over well before halftime and finished as one of the most dominant results of the program’s 2025-26 season.

A 74-point margin requires everything to go right on the offensive end and almost nothing to go wrong on the defensive end — and the Sunshine squad produced exactly that. The Spartans attacked from the opening possession, established an early double-digit lead, and continued to push pace throughout. Rotation players contributed meaningfully across all four quarters, which is a positive sign for a team that will need its full depth in the grueling stretch of late January and February SIAA competition. The 101-point total is a program-high mark for the Sunshine team this season and a reflection of the offensive system the coaching staff has built around transition, ball movement, and active rebounding.

The 4-0 record for the Sunshine team is now the best mark among FCP’s three squads. All three FCP teams competed at home this day, providing a rare full-program showcase at the Spartan facility. College recruiting staffers in attendance had the opportunity to evaluate players across multiple roster groups under competitive conditions.
