About Essex County College Basketball
Essex County College competes in JUCO men's basketball as a member of the Garden State Athletic Conference. The program is currently led by head coach Bobbie Morgan. Like all JUCO programs, Essex County College recruits players who demonstrate high-level film, strong academics, and proven exposure at competitive events.
Getting recruited at this level requires more than raw talent — coaches need to see your film at the right moment, your eligibility paperwork must be in order, and your tournament exposure has to match the standard the program is recruiting to.
