About Wiley College Basketball
Wiley College competes in NAIA men's basketball as a member of the Red River Athletic Conference. The program is currently led by head coach Joseph Flegler. Like all NAIA programs, Wiley College recruits players who demonstrate high-level film, strong academics, and proven exposure at competitive events.
Getting recruited at this level requires more than raw talent — coaches need to see your film at the right moment, your eligibility paperwork must be in order, and your tournament exposure has to match the standard the program is recruiting to.
