Mario Webb

Mario Webb learned to lead in a place where leadership isn’t optional: the United States Air Force. During his service, Webb coached base basketball teams and led them to multiple championships — and the values his uniform demanded, accountability, teamwork, and mental toughness, became the foundation of his coaching philosophy.

As Head Varsity Basketball Coach, Webb brings that same standard to FCP’s high school program every day. He demands excellence from his players and prepares them for the rigors of post-graduate and collegiate basketball — while developing them as young men and leaders, not just athletes.
