Maurice Dickerson knows what it takes to earn a college roster spot — and what it takes to keep one. A standout at both the NAIA and NCAA Division II levels, he competed at the University of West Alabama and Albany State University, living every stage of the process FCP players are entering: getting recruited, proving yourself, and staying on the floor.
That’s the credibility he carries into the gym. Dickerson knows the work ethic, skill level, and mental toughness college basketball requires because none of it is theory to him — he’s lived it.
At FCP, Coach Dickerson assists with practice planning, game preparation, and individual skill development, drawing on his own college career to mentor the next generation of student-athletes.
